Norwegian singer Ane Brun looks a lot like my landlady.  Like, a lot like her.  Since I have never seen the two of them in the same room, I'm just going to assume they're the same person.

Here's a video for a really catchy song about the lingering death of a relationship.  I love the song, but I adore the video.  It's gorgeously discomfiting, with its "let's put on a show in the debtor's prison!" aesthetic and its gleeful depiction of elder abuse.  See my landlady in action:

Awesome, right?  And landlady Ane's little dance is charming.  But the best thing about this video is that it's just one part of a longer sequence.  Her videos for "Words," "One," "Do You Remember," and "Worship" fit together, in that order, to form a short movie about a tormented artist.  It's pretty breathtaking.  And all this from a woman who runs a daycare out of her house and rents rooms to foreign strangers!
